This is the tenth time I’ve written one of these retrospectives. 2023 was less productive than recent years, though there’s good reason for that.
Continue reading 2023 Hobby Year in ReviewLike Crisis Protocol, Shatterpoint uses measurement widgets for movement and ranges. Each is thematically sculpt. Annoyingly, while the ranges are the same lengths as Crisis Protocol, the movement widgets are unique.
I’ve never gotten around to painting the Crisis Protocol ones. But I’ve been playing with my daughter, Ruth, and she wanted to paint hers. So we did them together. These ones are mine.
Obi-Wan here is the second model out of the You Cannot Run duel pack, along with Darth Vader.
The pack is silly priced, but I found it at a great discount to make it more reasonable. I intend to make the diorama part sometime, though unfortunately it doesn’t look like it’d work too well as terrain for the table.
