Gwyneth was a late addition to M2E, but I never got around to picking up the model. Fortunately, I was able to find a copy, since the M3E repackaging comes with Beckoners.
Gwyneth Maddox
Her cards remind me a lot of Mr Tannen. I tried to match some of the colors from my many years old Lynch crew, mostly with purples and blues.
Kitty Dumont is now in the M3E box for Jakob Lynch. But since I already have that crew, and the new sculpts for the others don’t especially grab me, I picked up Kitty under the special order program.
Kitty Dumont
She’s ghostly, and pretty translucent in the box art. I tried to capture a bit of that with different blues and grays. She’s either a ghost or maybe a blue alien.
Last year’s Nightmare crew was was anachronistic for Malifaux, a cyberpunk twist on Mei Feng
Gumdrop (Nightmare Mei Feng)
In this world, Mei rides the rails on roller blades, evidently. I wanted this crew to be brighter colored than most of my Malifaux, and selected orange as a color to tie them all together.
Mean Streak (Nightmare Kang)
The orange on Mean Streak is relegated to just a few accents.
Spritz (Nightmare Forgeling)
What fish wouldn’t want a robot body?
King Crybaby (Nightmare Rail Worker)
Mad Mop (Nightmare Rail Worker)
Tagline (Nightmare Rail Worker)
The Rail Workers each get a unique look. I especially like kangaroo-legged Tagline.
